1. 我們是誰

本政策適用於 Searching C Company Limited（「Searching C」、「我們」）透過 prelaunch.searchingc.com 提供的問卷及其相關服務（「SurveyForm」）。如有任何隱私問題，請電郵 info@searchingc.com。

2. 我們收集的資料

• 您提供的資料：問卷答案，以及問卷要求您填寫的聯絡資料（例如姓名、電郵、電話）和同意選項。
• 使用資料：您在問卷中到達的步驟、裝置類型、瀏覽器、所在國家／地區（由網絡供應商提供）及廣告來源（例如 utm 參數）。這些資料以隨機的瀏覽階段編號記錄，不使用 Cookie，也不用來識別個人。
• IP 位址：用於防止濫用（例如限制提交次數）。我們只保存經過單向加密的雜湊值，不保存 IP 位址本身。
• 經您同意後：Google Analytics 及 Meta（Facebook）的 Cookie（例如 _ga、_fbp、_fbc）、廣告點擊編號，以及我們自己的隨機訪客編號（sf_vid，經單向加密後提供給 Meta 以配對廣告成效，不含任何個人資料），見第 5 節。

3. 我們如何使用資料

• 處理您的問卷回覆，並在您要求時以電郵或 WhatsApp 發送確認訊息；
• 就問卷相關的產品及活動與您聯絡，包括在產品開賣時以 WhatsApp 或電郵向您在問卷留下的電話號碼或電郵地址發送開賣通知。如不想再收到，可點擊電郵中的「取消訂閱」連結，或隨時電郵 info@searchingc.com 要求停止；
• 統計問卷成效及改善問卷；
• 經您同意後，衡量廣告成效及向相關受眾展示廣告；
• 保障服務安全及防止濫用。

我們不會出售您的個人資料。

4. 我們與誰分享資料

我們只與協助提供服務的供應商分享所需資料，他們只可按我們的指示處理：

• Supabase（資料庫及檔案儲存，資料存放於日本東京）；
• Vercel（網站寄存）及 Cloudflare（網域名稱服務）；
• Google;
• Meta（台灣、新加坡及馬來西亞的問卷在您送出時，Meta 會收到經單向加密（雜湊）的電郵及電話，用於衡量廣告成效；香港的問卷及身處香港的填寫者不會提供電郵或電話。Meta 不會收到您的其他答案）；
• 電郵及 WhatsApp 發送服務（例如 Resend、Zoho Mail 及 Woztell），用於發送確認訊息及產品開賣通知。開賣電郵會記錄是否被開啟及其連結是否被點擊，以了解通知的成效。

法律要求時，我們亦可能向有關當局披露資料。

5. Cookie 及您的選擇

問卷本身的統計不使用 Cookie。Google Analytics 及 Meta 的 Cookie 只在您同意後（或在適用的地區以通知方式）才會使用。您可隨時按問卷底部的「Cookie 設定」更改或撤回同意，撤回後相關 Cookie 會被刪除。

如問卷啟用「恢復未完成的答案」，部分非敏感答案（不包括文字、電郵、電話及同意選項）會保存在您自己的瀏覽器中最多 7 天。

6. 資料保存期限

問卷回覆及相關統計資料最多保存 2 年（730 天），之後會自動刪除。詳細的使用紀錄最多保存 720 天。您可要求我們提早刪除。

7. 您的權利

您可要求查閱、更正或刪除您的個人資料，或撤回同意。請電郵 info@searchingc.com，我們會在 30 日內回覆。撤回同意不影響撤回前的處理。

8. 資料安全及跨境傳輸

資料以加密連線傳送，並存放於日本東京的伺服器；只有獲授權的 Searching C 員工可以存取。我們的供應商可能在其他地區處理資料，並須採取適當的保障措施。

1. Who we are

This policy covers the surveys and related services ("SurveyForm") that Searching C Company Limited ("Searching C", "we") provides at prelaunch.searchingc.com. For any privacy question, email info@searchingc.com.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your survey answers, and the contact details (such as name, email and phone) and consent choices a survey asks for.
• Usage information: the survey steps you reach, device type, browser, your country or region (provided by our network provider) and the campaign that brought you (such as utm parameters). It is recorded under a random session number, without cookies, and is not used to identify you.
• IP address: used to prevent abuse, such as limiting repeated submissions. We store only a one-way hash of it, never the address itself.
• With your consent: Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) cookies (such as _ga, _fbp and _fbc), ad click identifiers, and our own random visitor ID (sf_vid), which Meta receives only as a one-way hash to match ad results and which contains no personal information; see section 5.

3. How we use it

• to process your responses and, when you ask for it, send a confirmation by email or WhatsApp;
• to contact you about the survey's products and campaigns, including a WhatsApp message or an email to the phone number or email address you gave in the survey when the product launches. To stop these, use the unsubscribe link in the email, or email info@searchingc.com at any time;
• to measure and improve our surveys;
• with your consent, to measure our advertising and show ads to relevant audiences;
• to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the service, and only what they need. They may process it only on our instructions:

• Supabase (database and file storage; data stored in Tokyo, Japan);
• Vercel (hosting) and Cloudflare (domain name service);
• Google;
• Meta (for surveys in Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia, Meta receives your email and phone as a one-way hash when you submit, to measure our ads; never for Hong Kong surveys or respondents in Hong Kong, and never your other answers);
• email and WhatsApp delivery services (such as Resend, Zoho Mail and Woztell), to send confirmations and product launch messages. Launch emails record whether they were opened and their links clicked, to measure how well they work.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

5. Cookies and your choices

Our own survey statistics use no cookies. Google Analytics and Meta cookies are used only after you agree (or, in some regions, after notice). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the survey; withdrawing deletes those cookies.

If a survey offers "recover unfinished answers", some non-sensitive answers (never text, email, phone or consent answers) are kept in your own browser for up to 7 days.

6. How long we keep it

Survey responses and their statistics are kept for up to 2 years (730 days) and then deleted automatically. Detailed usage records are kept for up to 720 days. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@searchingc.com. We reply within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing before it.

8. Security and international transfers

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored on servers in Tokyo, Japan. Only authorised Searching C staff can access it. Our providers may process data in other regions, with appropriate safeguards.

9. Google user data

SurveyForm's Google connection is used only by Searching C staff.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date on this page.
